Craigslist advertiser Adam Barker arrested for selling stolen items in Cincinnati
Craigslist is providing its best services to the public. There are some cases of scam and fraud regarding this network as well. Fake buyers and sellers are cheating people and snatching their money. There are also some cases that are related to stolen items that are available for sale. According to police in Norwood, Cincinnati, a twenty six years old man was arrested for selling stolen items on site. He listed some items for sale at site and demanded reasonable price. During investigation he described that he did so because he needed money. He wanted to help his grandfather who needed the money for the funeral of his grandmother. Adam Barker was charged with five incidents of theft and he was arrested. Now he is in jail. He was charged with $50,000. There are several cases of robbery regarding him. He sold stolen items include two cars, three televisions and a Nintendo Wii video game. When he sold television, his girlfriend contacted the police and informed them that these items belong to her. In reply the buyer informed the police and gave the items to police. This is alarming situation for residents and they must take care of such incidents.
